Review content:
This was the sleaziest car dealership I have ever seen or even heard about. I went to buy a new Ford Mustang. After they found me the car I wanted I went to negotiate the price and trade in my five year old Accura. The sales manager used every stupid sleazy stereotyped trick to try to convince me to accept a terrible offer. The price of the trade in was stupidly low, they slipped in hidden made up fees in the sale, they tried to rip me off on my financing by telling me my credit score was lower than it really was, they pushed aggressively to get me to buy the usual expensive extra warranties. At every level they tried to rip me off. I understand the way a normal negotiation goes and that the dealership needs to make a profit. That is the normal way in our capitalistic economy. However the coordinated effort of this dealership at every level, using every scam in the book, tells me that this dealership is in the business of ripping off unsuspecting, uninformed consumers. A few weeks later I bought the exact car I was looking for from Winchester Va Ford and saved over 5,000$!!!! "Buyer Beware", does not do Ourisman Ford justice.
