My family has been going to El Salto since at least the mid 90's. This is simple Mexican cooking at its finest. There is nothing fancy about this place-heck, it's in an old fast food joint! The food is amazing and super cheap! The service is even better! You never have to ask for a refill-it just magically appears. The cheese dip is out of this world. Their chili rellenos are almost always #1 according to "Baltimore Magazine" and "The City Paper." Can't go wrong here!
