rude management, linens stained, odor emitting from mattress, cucarachas crawling on ceiling and floor, some up to 2" long, inside all rooms, this place is deceiving, it draws you in with a pleasant exterior, only to submit you to the HORRORS within, I did not stay the rest of the night and they would not refund my money or give me a receipt, which I will take up with the appropriate agency, I in all my travels have never had quite the experience I had at the Hyland,I would not recommend this place at all.
