LG washer repair in West Hollywood is not easy to find. I hired Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair to take a look at our Maytag washer. It has been reliable until recently, a small amount of water started to appear, we were concerned that a new machine was needed. Paul's was excellent in diagnosing the problem with our washer and gave us a quote, we were going to fix the machine, however, David, suggested not to.
How many companies are really interested in what is best for the customer? No many in my experience.
David took his time to explain why not to fix the machine and gave us his professional recommendation on what machine to buy. I appreciate their honest and forthcoming opinion.
This is a good local and family owned business.
