Review content:
When my Honda Accord hit 195K miles, I knew it was time to start looking for a new ride. I did my research and decided exactly what I wanted. My boyfriend gets his Beetle serviced at World Volkswagen so I decided to start there. In just a few hours, I put together a deal I was totally happy with - the car I wanted with all the options I hoped for, a trade in on the old Honda sight unseen and most importantly, exactly the price I decided I was willing to pay. I lucked out and got a laid back salesman about my age that reminded me of my best friend in high school. Out of the three managers there I talked to, only one of them did that annoying - talk to the man because they don't think a woman can handle info about money or cars- thing and none of them were the smarmy used car salesman type I was dreading dealing with. One added bonus of buying from World is they give you a loaner car when you get the car serviced. This is very convenient. They handled my insurance and registration. I bought on a Saturday and on Monday morning, my salesman gave me a ring to see if i had any questions about the car. That's pretty impressive customer service.
