Review content:
I was so impressed by the representative that came out to my home to assess our situation. I wanted to bring my sister to my house to recover from a recently diagnosed condition. The representive offered suggestions on how to re-arrange the layout to make caring for my sister easy on both of us. She also went with me to visit my sister and talk with her to assess the best match for the caregiver that would relieve me three days a week. After talking with a few other home care agencies, I feel this is the one who really cares about the at home caregiver's needs as well as the patients needs. We met with the caregiver also before the contract was signed, so we all knew what to expect. This working out great and I would recommend this agency to any one who needs home care or needs someone to sit with your loved one
