Tim Shaw was very helpful and very knowledgable of the entire process of purchasing a car and explained everything to me and was able to answer all my questions. All the people I came in contact with throughout the new purchase process were freindly, polite, very helpful and very knowledgable, the new car sales manager (forgot his name), the finance person Hugh Yousif, and the tech guy Michael Salaphior. Don't forget the unsed car manager that test drove my trade-in and gave me a good price for it.
