I have had some bad hair stylists in the past. I had a salon phobia for the past 2 years, after a stylists died my hair bright pink when I actually asked for dark brown red! And my hair literally fell out trying to correct it on my own...lol....I can laugh about it now cause it grew back now...
Finally I got tired of having uneven color and googled the best salons in Los Angeles. I am very happy to say Todd and his staff stand by their ratings that lead me to their salon. First I called and Sylvia was very polite on the phone. When I walked in I was greeted and then in less than 5 minutes I was getting my caramel highlights done by the owner, "Todd". Todd was very helpful in helping me decide what the best color was for me. He also gave me very good advice on which products to use on my hair at home. Todd was Patient when styling yet he seemed to be very quick compared to previous stylists. (Usually it's hard straightening my thick wavy hair) I could tell even before seeing my ending results that Todd was very talented as a stylist.
I also got my pedicure and Manicure done by Mary while I waited for my highlights to lighten up. Mary did a very good job on the pink and white pedicure.
Everyone was so polite and helpful...If your new in town and not sure who to trust with your hair you should definitely try Todd's.
