Review content:
This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Items come very poorly packed and damaged and there is no recourse. They tell you over the phone that they are handling it, but you get no where. Writing to management does not help either. Do not do business with them. Notice that they have you sign and fax back forms before they will process your order. Read the fine print. You are giving up a lot of your rights for fighting them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Pros: maybe the products they sell are ok, but they come damaged and you can get nowhere
Cons: iteme poorly packed customer service is the worst ever
