Bad: Price of gold for date of sale was higher than what I was paid. The date of sale was 8-23-11, spoke with Gary informed him of my concern on 9-14-11, went in the Fairlane location with my receipt, he stated all proof of gram weight was detroyed. I have proof that this transaction was not above board. The picture Gary showed me did not display all the gold I sold, and he conveniently left items off the receipt. He claims that the gram weight was not available, upon checking my receipt, the no.s did not add. Improvements: I would like to see this investigated. My funds should me adjusted.
