Businiess name:  Walser Honda

Review content:
I saw a 2007 Toyota Passat on UsedCars.com at Walser Honda and went in to look at it. I was greeted very warmly and, more important, I liked the policies they had of treating everyone equally and not haggling prices--everyone pays the tag price shown. I went there four times: once to look, once to buy, a third time to have a small problem with the car resolved, and once to have the plates put on. Each time, the team of Lou, Eric, Jesse, and Bryan handled my needs professionally and in a very friendly, detailed way. The problem was that one of the two key/automated door openers wasn't working. Walser had guaranteed two keys, so the team agreed readily to pay me for having another one made (no small thing when each "key" costs $200). In all, my experience with Walser left me feeling very pleased. In fact, two weeks later, my wife and I went back to them--to Walser Experienced Autos--to get a low-priced backup car, where Mark helped us get a great deal on something that had just come in and wasn't yet advertised. My experience with all five salesmen was great, and I strongly recommend Walser Honda for used cars, details, honesty, and consistently great customer service.
