I just needed a minor service done to a pretty cheap ring. I almost expected snobbery based on the fine quality jewelry that they had in the store and the very unfine quality of my ring, but the jeweler was very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. He explained carefully what could be done and what I could expect to happen with the ring in the future (he was right on by the way). I very much appreciated the professional helpful service that I received and would go there again.
