I had a plumber from MIke Stern Plumbing come out to fix a toilet that was constantly running and what I liked about them (besides the fair price) was that the plumber explained the problem to me - and let me choose which repair option to go with and by opting for the cheaper repair, I could expect to need another service call within a year. I opted for the toilet replacement versus fixing the sealing, turns out the area I live in has lousy water quality that makes the seal ineffective. Good info to have.
