Review content:
I tried this place when it first opening and so far it has been doing extremely well. I'm not a huge fan of vietnamese sandwiches so my review isn't much of help. But anyways, they also have some french drinks (the usual starbucks taste i guess). The price is a bit more expensive than its competitors (lee's sandwiches), but its bareable. You shouldn't have a problem parking your car in this shop. there is little to do afterwards (there is a rosemead marketplace nearby, but it isn't much fun).
Anyways, give it a try.
