Review content:
Not to bad. You can get financed no matter if you have the worse credit on the face of the earth. The pieces of land are generally beautiful, but on the pricer side.
Make sure your payment is on time. If your going to be late, be sure to call them on the phone to make arrangements. For a first time land owner it is a great way to get started.
If you have good credit already, I would look elsewhere. You can find better deals. Purchasing requires little down payment, and are able to make monthly payments set up on the first or fifteenth of every month.
Plans for power and septic are available, and don't change the monthly price to much.
