After handing management over to Lapham I have had great results, both with keeping the unit occupied and taking care of it. I tried to do this for years with the help of another company that I realized wasnt doing anything for me. Now that Lapham Company is taking care of it I really have a great income property that is easy for me. Well worth the expense to avoid the hassle and still benefit from the property.
