This camera shop is the best around for anyone who is serious about photography, The staff is very knowledgeable about all things photographic and their inventory of high quality photo equipment is impressive. Prices are not the best - you can usually do better on line, but her you get the benefit of their expertise and support.
They are very fair about returns - when I was given the wrong lens as a gift a while back, they quickly refunded the purchase with a receipt.
The only issue that I've has with them was in a small accessory that I needed a couple of years ago. They did not have the product in stock and offered to order it and call me when it came in. It took several weeks to get the call and when I went to pick it up, the part was wrong.
Otherwise, they've always been great to deal with and parking is fairly easy for Providence.
