Review content:
Sew What Fashions is a very poor business. I went to them to get my wedding dress altered prior to my wedding. They fit me and then they sewed my dress. I picked up my dress from them and was ready for my wedding a couple of days later. Ten minutes prior to my wedding when I am putting my dress on I learned of their error when it was too later to fix anything. When altering my dress they removed the hooks that my train hooks on to. Well they never put them back on. So I could not hook my train on the my dress. ( My dress had a detachable train). So my bridal party ended up having to safety pin my train onto my dress seconds prior to walking down the aisle. Praying the whole time it does not fall off. After the wedding during pictures we learn the whole skirt of my dress is sewed on crocked, not properly lined up. This is cost a little more then half of the cost of the wedding dress to get these alterations done. When we went to pay for the alterations the fee was a lot higher then the original quote and then they were done so poorly. After the wedding when we contacted them in regards to the poor alterations. They said they would not refund my money and it should not matter now since the wedding is over anyway. They caused me a lot of unneeded stress on my wedding day. Poor alterations, poor customer service and high prices.
