Fu Yuan is a small Chinese restaurant located in the heart of downtown Wheaton. The menu is your typical Chinese-American fare but there are some standouts. Their noodle dishes are very good, due in part to their homemade noodles. They also have a separate menu with traditional Korean dishes on it. One needs to be somewhat familiar with Korean food in order to select from the menu but there are also two noodle dishes on there. There is the Jiam Bong Noodle Soup, a spicy seafood mix with homemade noodles. Also, a popular favorite among Asians, is the Jia Jian Mein. It is like an "asian spaghetti" with a dark salty sauce mixed with various vegetable and meats. All the noodle dishes are under 10.00 and are served in very large portions.
