Good: Carefree Spas was very helpful with our existing spa, they gave our family useful information on usage, maintenance, & water care. The Aqua Finesse spa treatment is being used in our spa with excellent results. We like the silky fee to the water & pleasant fragrance.. Bad: Wish they had a store a little closer to us,however they deliver our supplies for free.. Improvements: Store is off of Santa Fe & C-470, however is not visible from the highway.. Other: Karen in the store,as well as Shane & Jeff in service are very friendly..
