I needed a full phsyical and a coworker suggested Dr. Rashbaum's office. The receptionist, Damien, was extremely professional and helpful- I had been calling around for a variety of medical appointments that week and was so tired of unprofessional, unintelligible and sometimes rude receptionists. Calling Dr. Rashbaum's office was a nice change.
I made an appointment with Dr. Sylvia Medley- Dr. Rashbaum wasn't available. The office is located a few blocks off of Dupont in the Human Rights Campaign building. The office is so welcoming- Damien took care of my sign in and I only waited about 10 min to go in. There was an adorable "office dog" in the waiting room.
Dr. Medley was great- very nice and efficient. The guy who drew my blood- I think his name was Tom- was again SO nice and he did a great job- I barely noticed him fill three vials!
They were great about getting the paperwork on the physical ad all my tests to me. A couple months later I needed some help wth a prescription and they helped me out the same day. I am so impresed with this office and will definitely be going back (hopefully just for routine checkups!)
