I totally agree with the last customer's comment... so it's not just me. I noticed that every time I brought in an item that has a stain on it, it will come back the same way except that it's ironed. Fed up, I took all my uncleaned stuff back after having paid for them to be cleaned and asked them to either reclean them or refund my money so I can take them else where. The owner then looked me up in the computer and saw that I only been there twice this year, so he told me, "if you are not happy with the service, you don't have to come back here." We don't need your business, he said, "since you are not a regular customer anyway." Sometimes, we do things out of habit, ie go back to the same bad business etc because it's convenient...and get inferior service. But I won't put up w/ rudeness, and the attitude of " I don't need you, because this is my cleaner." Well, guess what Mr Bay Oaks cleaner, if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have a cleaner.... might want to clean up your high and mighty attitude, otherwise, you will be on the street, joining the rest of the umemployment we currently have in the US.
