Review content:
So, I went to One when it first opened with Chris Enis (spelling?) as the chef. Needless to say, he was not a positive with me (or my friends for that matter). I returned last week for my friend's b-day and found myself pleasantly surprised. The menu had changed quite a bit and I told the manager I enjoyed the food much better. He explained that One had a new chef named Jason Marcus. Jason even visited our table later in the evening. I had spicy tuna tartare on eggplant - it was better than Nobu's (and I'm not kidding)! I had a crab and artichoke dip that made me wanting another. The molten chocolate duo cakes were to die for! I also noticed that my bill was not as high as the last time. Again, the manager explained they decreased the prices. My recommendation: try it out again - it's new, it's fun and it's fabulous! Congrats Jason!
Pros: THE FOOD-PRICES-CHEF
Cons: NONE NOW THAT THEY HAVE A NEW CHEF
