So from start to finish, Idaho Home and Energy provided us with nothing but great service, and great windows. We have been putting of th entire remodel project because we were afraid of the horror stories our neighbors have had. To say the least, we have needed to do this project for at least 5 years. We checked on a few companies with the BBB and decided that we would call Idaho Home and Energy. The salesman came and took a look, and discussed all the options with us. We were pleased, for once, no super pressure sales. Our windows arrived, and we set an appointment to have them installed, they were very flexible with us on scheduling (another plus). The installers arrived, on time, and ready to work. Wow, they sure were efficient, and installed our windows like true craftsmen. We are so happy that we made the choice we did, no regrets here. Our neighbors wish they were as fortunate as us! We will be calling them back to do our roof in the spring. Take our word for it, you won't be disappointed with these guys!
