Review content:
I have always been a fan of Michael's, however, I recently went to the Alpha Road Store and was horrified by the staff working there. While standing in line waiting to check out I heard no less than a dozen curse words coming out of the cashiers mouths. The two cashiers were complaining about the staffing in the store to each other and commenting that another department has too many people and they still can't get things done right. On top of this they started picking up the phone and prank calling the departments in the store. At no point did I get a hello or did you find everything or will that be all. I was not even acknowledged. When I finished signing my credit slip i did not even receive a thank you or a have a nice day.
You can bet that I will not be returning to this particular store any time soon.
