Review content:
My husband and I came upon this "quaint" little restaurant while working in the area. The place was highly recommended to us by my husband's client. The atmosphere had that homey "lived in" feel to it (if that makes sense?). We both had the pulled pork sandwich, it was GREAT! The iced tea was fresh and tasted wonderful on a hot and humid afternoon. The 2 fellas running the place gave great service, one waited/served while the other did all the preparations. My husband had dessert... a homemade slice of pie with a dollop of whipped cream (REAL freshly whipped) and what I thought of as a nice touch... he picked a mint leaf from a window box planter. I told my husband if I ever get the opportunity to run my own business, I would want a place JUST like that. If you are ever in the Bandera area I HIGHLY recommend "Fool Moon Cafe & Coffee House"!
