Businiess name:  Springhill Suites By Marriott Fairbanks
Review by:  Brad F.
Review content:
My experience with Fairbanks hotels over the years is poor - most of them suck. The Spring Hill Suites - which is downtown - is new, nice, clean, friendly, and full of amenities. It's - by far - the best hotel in town. The rooms are standard Marriott furniture - so no surprises. There is free wifi, good air conditioning (don't laugh), and shades that close all the way to keep the sun out. The front desk is friendly and helpful. There is a small business center with several computers, a free breakfast buffett, and a "quick snack" area where you can buy food whenever. The first floor has a restaurant called Lavelle's which happens to be one of the nicer restaurants in town. The hotel has a room service deal with the restaurant so if you want to eat in your room, they'll deliver it to you. Prices are very reasonable ($150 / night on late notice) and there is ample parking.
