Brightoaks Meats used to be hidden away in a non-descript spot near Island Park in Springfield. A recent move from the old hide-away means you will more easily find them when you drive down Springfield's Main Street.
People ask what brings us into Brightoaks...and it's always for the fantastic flavored beef jerky. Offerings range from basic "beef" and sweet teriyaki to pepper-encrusted with a good hit of heat.
