Review content:
Unlike the previous posts, I have used Roto-Rooter for the past 8 years. I found that when I called they usually came out within a few hours (SAME DAY not a week out). The pricing is comparable to other companies, although I am not sure I want someone else out who is not insured. (Had issues with another 'smaller' company). I have never had any issue that was never resolved by the tech, or the service manager Rod. When they tell you they gaurantee your line, they do just that (which is good considering I have trees in my backyard). I have been a loyal customer to Roto-Rooter and will recommend to anyone.
