Dean Haskins was truly a Godsend in helping us negotiate & purchase our home in Sudden Valley. We actually found him on-line as we were moving from California. Dean investigated potential homes for us, took his own photos to send us, kept us updated, along with answered our questions about Bellingham schools, churches, etc. Once we got to the Northwest, we had fun touring homes that we narrowed down. We found a great house and Dean really showed his negotiating skills during the process. He is our friend for life now and I promise you can't go wrong with Dean. We definitely recommend him and will have him help us (or any of our friends) for any future real estate concerns.
