Review content:
Excellent work! Would highly recommend this company! Overall I am very pleased with the work done by Phillips Electric and feel blessed that their attention to detail resulted in a repair that, gone unnoticed, may have resulted in injury or property damage.
The final portion of our deck project was to have it wired for lights and receptacles. Phillips Electric provided us with a very reasonable estimate and also offered some advice which served to improve the functionality over our original request.
On day one the electricians arrived as scheduled and soon had the conduits, fixtures and receptacles in place with plans to complete the job the following morning. On the second day of the job I was notified of what appeared to be a minor problem in the fuse panel. One of the lines entering the panel from outside was missing several inches of insulation. Mr. Phillips stated that it would be relatively simple fix and that he would attend to it as they added the new circuit to the fuse panel.
Upon inspection however it was discovered that the line in question was not secured and only resting in place. The fuse was removed and further examination revealed discoloration and brittleness in the metal and plastic in the areas close to the unsecured line. A new fuse was installed and the line secured and insulated.
