I maintain all our vehicles through their respective dealerships. But getting our truck serviced at Horter is my favorite place.
The guys are very friendly, and always take the time to look up when the last time something was done - to make sure we aren't doing it again too soon.
I am often intimidated by the service guys at other places because of being a female, but I don't feel uncomfortable at all at Horter!!! They know that I am the one making the decisions, and they treat me like that!!!
