They really made an extra effort to facilitate a prospective buyer showing for my downtown property. The after hours effort caught me off guard. Most property management companies are unreachable at 5:00 PM and most definitely would not be showing rentals or posting 24 hour notices to enter. Valley Management Group has gone above the call of duty to help my clients. Two multifamily owners have hired Valley Management Group to straighten out poorly managed and financially under-performing buildings. Many problems were corrected. I will highly recommend Valley Management Group to all my apartment building investors.
