Mortgage brokers are the New Telemarketers - annoying and deceitful as you-know-what. But Suzanne really helped us last year when we decided to re-fi at a fixed rate. It took her about 2 days to come up with an initial % we felt comfortable with, then she worked even harder to find a lower rate. I don't even remember how we hooked up with her - she may have just called us, but it doesn't matter. She did a fabulous job in helping us get the best possible rate, and she really helped us every step of the way. She also wasn't pushy at all, and was very considerate and genuine. Since we closed on our re-fi, she continues to keep in touch with calls and cards from time to time and even sends us Bday and Holiday cards. And after we referred a friend to her, she sent us a Fedex envelope with a Hundred Bucks in it, as a Thank You. How cool is that?!
