Long story short: my son tips the big Sony TV over, cracks the front, causes spots on the screen and breaks the control/power buttons. I pay 2 different TV Repair guys $35 and $75 to tell me it will always be 'kinda broken'.
Then someone tells us about Richard and hands us a card. We call him and voila! Less than an hour after he arrived at our house, he fixed everything. It cost us around $60, and now the spots are gone, the buttons work, and the crack is almost unnoticeable. And he was polite and funny, too.
So there you have it. He came on time, fixed our TV and then handed us a slew of cards when we told him how impressed we were. Since then he's fixed items for friends of ours, and they were also satisfied with his service... and he travels, too - so if you're in Prov or some other RI town, he can fix your TV, too.
