Businiess name:  Circuit City Superstores
Review by:  Laura P.
Review content:
Located in probably the busiest shopping areas in St. Petersburg, Circuit City has shown that they can withstand the pressure. They really show that they value their customers and do not want to give them a lot of hassle about menial things. For example, most places these days are very difficult about returns. The employees at Circuit City go out of their way to make sure you walk away satsified. Don't have a receipt for your return? Circuit City gives you store credit with a smile, and doesn't treat you like a common criminal. This is almost unheard of nowadays, and that's a real shame. How many times have you regretted a purchase, and have no recourse because you lost or threw away the receipt? That's just the beginning. Circuit City is stocked with the latest items, and is very organized in its setup. I can easily walk into the store and go exactly to what I'm looking for. I don't have to stop, look around, or wander around to find what I'm looking for. It's not setup like a glorified warehouse. You can easily see all the "departments" as soon as you walk in. You don't feel like you have to walk a mile just to get the the departments in the back of the store either. The aisles are open and spacious, so that more than a few people can comfortably look at the merchandise. Some places (which shall rename nameless) make you feel like you need a battering ram just to stand in the aisle and look at what you came in to look at. Shopping should be a fun experience, not an overwhelming one. Circuit City makes it easy to go in, pick up what you need, pay, and leave.
