On Capital Hill, the Hawk and Dove is a local legend. it's been there forever, and it shows, but it's a charming ambience despite the stale beer. The burgers are good, the bartender, Edgar, will keep your glass filled, and the company at the bar ranges from politicians to barflies. What more could you ask for in a local?
