If you're looking for an excellent, extremely helpful insurance agent, this is the place to call. I've been a customer of Alyssa Samrick's since early 2009, and every single time I've called they answer the phone (no voicemails unless you call after hours, obviously), are polite, and do everything they can to help.
Any other time I've called, I usually talk to Sandra, who is extremely patient and helpful.
Two thumbs up for this State Farm agency.
