We have worked with Tim McCabe here. As a First Time Home Buyer, it is so easy to be confused, but he knows all about the programs around here, what they are looking for, and what you need to do. Step by step through each situation he is there to say exactly what you need to do next. It has been a great experience to work with Tim and he is highly reccommended.
