Review content:
After having my window regulator replaced in my Jetta, I walked out to my car to drive away with a fixed car. The one problem was that my car wouldn't start. They came out, jumped it, and told me that they had run the window up and down quite a bit, so they had the key in while they were working on it. Well they ran it all the way out, and when I called to see if they would replace the battery, they told me this analogy: "It's like if you go to Raley's and when you finish shopping, you come out and your battery is dead. Raley's didn't break your car." A ridiculous excuse by any measure. If you can avoid getting work done at VW-Chico, I would say do it!
