The folks at Smyth are simply awesome! My wife and I worked with Brian McCullough at the Timonium store, and we can't say enough great things about him or everyone else associated with the store.
First, Brian worked with my wife through about 2 hours of trying on different wedding rings, and even went and solicited other workers in the store for their opinion when she was down to 2 rings that she had a hard time choosing from.
Second, he did an awesome job of sizing both of our rings, as I have a giant knuckle that I had trouble fitting a ring on to, and my wife had a weird-sized ring finger (somewhere between 5 and 5.5 ring finger) that required the store to shave down the inside of the ring (which they did, no problem!). They also had some of the best prices around the Baltimore area (we went to about 10 different places, and it isn't even close in terms of price comparison, and the quality was virtually the same. I'm not sure where these other reviews are saying their prices are super-expensive, that wasn't the case, at least for our wedding rings).
Finally, the finished product was awesome, and the rings are of high quality and fit great. This place was simply fantastic (you can't beat their prices or their service), and make sure to ask for Brian if you go in. He was great to deal with.
