This place is not worth your time!!! I found a vehicle listed on the Internet listed at a price, I called and set an appointment, everything seem to be in order, just to arrive, get my trade in appraised. I drove 3 hours to McGavock Nissan in Lubbock Tx. And when I arrived I test drove the vehicle, but when we set down to make the deal, all of a sudden the price had changed!! I was told that some how the price on the Internet had be mistakenly put in wrong, and that the vehicle was now approximately 3000 dollars more than what the Internet had listed.
Prior to driving up to this dealership, I had spoken to a salesman in detail about this vehicle, and the distance I was going to travel for it at the price listed. Nothing was ever said!!! When I arrive to test drive, nothing was ever said, either before or during the test drive. Now when it came down to making the deal it was only brought up when I questioned why it was now so much more expensive. The excuses came quick, and seem very false, when I was now being told it was a mistake by the Internet sales person. I was not even given the courtesy of being told this a manager, just the salesman who apologized, but continued to try to sell me the vehicle at this now raised price. I honestly feel that I am a victim of bait and switch!!!! I will never go back to this dealership, nor would I recommend anyone go to this dealership.
Upon leaving this dealership, I did some further shopping, and at a local competitor I did end up making a excellent deal on a great vehicle, this dealership bent over backwards to earn my business and were 100% honest and professional, UNLIKE MCGAVOCK NISSIAN OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
