Review content:
The staff "personal host" was extremely rude to our guests. She did not provide any accomodations to help bring our gifts to the parking lot. She refused to let us use the wagon to pull the gifts saying it was due to health and safety regulations because the animals are transported on them then later she put our food and cake on the wagon leaving it in a hallway. She kicked our guests out of the party room stating there was another party but come to find out she lied and the party was in another room. The room was not decorated, there was no scavenger hunt at the end (all of these were included in the family package). My guests ended up serving the cake because the "hostess" was not around. If you are looking for a party that is hosted by friendly, competent individuals...this is NOT the place to have it. I am disgusted by how our guests were treated. Definitely go somewhere else. I can see why this poor zoo is starving for money....they hire animals to work there too! If they tell you that your host is named Gina....RUN!
