Businiess name:  Carpet Pro Inc
Review by:  Amy C.
Review content:
We used Carpet Pro for 5 years; booking them 2-3 times per year to wash our carpets and never had a problem. However, their service has gone from 5 Stars to straight to the bottom. ****Sigh**** They no longer answer their phones - their message service consists of a 19 yr old's cell phone and they don't call back. If you really want to speak with a human, wait until evening or early morning and you'll get someone willing to make an appointment with you. On the day of your appointment, be prepared to wait an additional 45 minutes for the Carpet Cleaner to show up. And when he does arrive, do not ask him why he is late or he will groan and make faces and then complain about the stress of being the owner of a Carpet Cleaning business, a high volume Liquor Store and varied multi-million dollar investment properties. Yeah, right. The upside of hiring Carpet Pro is if you piss him off enough (by asking why he cleaned rooms not originally agreed to) , he will storm out after cleaning a few rooms. He'll refuse payment and leave his cleaning hoses in your driveway in his haste to get away and you can watch as he runs them over. Get a bag of popcorn for this part, it's as entertaining as watching Larry David. In order to get free Carpet Cleaning, this is what you need to do: DO NOT escort him to each room that needs cleaning, simply point into each one and tell him. He won't understand this, and if you're lucky, he'll start cleaning all the rooms. Good luck! If anyone else manages to wrangle free Carpet Cleaning out of him, let me know and I'll send you a $5 Starbucks Gift Card.
