The Iowa Childrens Museum located in the Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville, IA is a great place to take the kids. We went for the first time last month and the kids had a great time. There are all kinds of kid sized interactive displays: a grocery store, doctor's office, dentist office, ambulance, news studio, pizza restaurant, (currently) one of Hello Kitty's friends - Miffy (?) display, etc.. On the last Friday night of the month they have free admission, which is when we went. Unfortunately we got there a bit late, and did not get to see everything the museum has to offer. (There is also an upstairs area). The kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the hands on stuff. Your kids won't be disappointed, so take them to the museum!!
