The Montessori is a small school located at St.Anne's church on 182nd near Stark but it is not affiliated with the church. The owner of the Montessori is also the only teacher and she has taught for many years and is extremely professional. I found a review that said the the student to teacher ratio is 31:1 but my daughter's class has only 23 and there are two aides in addition to the teacher. It is very reasonably priced compared to other Montessori programs and the school is well represented culturally. It's one of the few preschools that take children at age two and a half and they are sensitive to the needs of younger children. The school goes through kindergarten.
