This is the dealership that all other dealerships aspire to be. I have never had any issues, and don't get that feeling that I am being hunted by "killer cockroaches" that I get from other dealerships I've been to. I will admit that I am a Ford junkie - in that I will only consider something that has been produced by a Ford owned company. Even still, I find that I am more at ease with going here for my regular services, getting questions answered, and going for a test drive. If feels like they operate on the premise that you have come to the dealership for a reason, either you are going to buy or your not, why should they have to pressure you into doing something that you don't want to do. That is why they are one of San Diego's few 5 star, "blue oval" dealerships.
