I had a Groupon for a Spa Day with lots of different treatments that claimed full treatments as in their spa menu. The esthetician told me that the treatment was shortened in the Groupon deal. The receptionist/ manager still expected me to tip off of the full price of each individual treatment. I had scheduled the nail part of my package at a later date because the spa couldn't do all of the treatments in one day. I called the salon asking if I could change my nail appointment to a later date then the one originally scheduled and I was told NO and that I could no longer use the nail manicure. What a waste!!! The decor on the quiet sitting room also seemed really dusty. I will not be returning to this salon even with a groupon!!
