My wife and I recently went to Iorio for our anniversary and it was an excellent meal. I would stronger suggested the chefs special with the wine pairing. My wife had the special which was a salmon dish which she enjoyed. I was also pleased with my pork loin wrapped in pancetta. Overall the service was good, there are only two servers for the twelve tables but they did an excellent job of serving our food in a timely manner. Iorio has only been open for eight months and I am anxious to see this restaurant evolve into its own special niche in the highly competitive Portland restaurant scene. We will be back as Iorio ranks highly with my wife and I and its prices are more economical then other highly ranked restaurants in the area.
