Based on the reviews I made an appointment for a trim, color and hilights. Before my appointment I again called the salon and spoke directly to the person who would be coloring my hair to confirm the time, procedures, etc. On arriving, my first cue should've been a woman who walked out of the shop with a most horrendous coif; however, I dismissed my concerns and walked inside. After asking what I wanted done, he informed me that a trim was all he had time to do as another client was booked after me. I was totally stunned by their incompetence and moreso by their nonchalant attitude. I was traveling abroad the next day to attend a wedding and had no time to make another appointment - elsewhere. To put it succinctly, this was by far the absolutely worse haircut I have ever gotten. I'm bewildered by the 5-star rating(???).
